Business Incubator at Miller Campus

The Miller Business Resource Center is home to the Business Incubator, a mentorship-driven program and physical facility assisting innovative and scalable startups.  If you have a novel approach to your industry, and it has the potential to become a substantial business, then the Incubator is the right place for you.  The Incubator is mixed-use, which means the industry you are in does not play a factor in your participation or inclusion in the programs.  It’s all about innovation and scalability.

The incubator is a combination of physical space along with training and direct mentorship. Our physical space is a professional office setting with options for open co-working space, cubicles and closed-door offices.  We adhere to the “lean startup” model, and our coaching is action-oriented.

We offer three distinct programs designed to fit your company’s stage, which are detailed under the Business Incubator “Services” tab.

Co-working Space

A low cost entrepreneurial space for new start-ups
Co-workers share space in a common area and have a “business” address, access to high speed wifi/internet, an executive conference room and large and small training rooms, copier/printer/fax/scanner availability, mentoring, access to other business resources and services, and access to workshops, classes, etc.

Dedicated Desks

Cubicles dedicated to a specific user.

A little more privacy

The dedicated desk is another low-cost way to work in the incubator with all the other advantages the Incubator offers. You can keep your things on site, and have a more permanent set-up.

Closed Door Offices

Available to more established businesses

Private Work Space

Private offices are for business ready to grow that need more privacy. They include all of the amenities offered at the Incubator.  These offices come in various sizes, are limited and in high demand.
