Kent HiltonDirector, Miller Conference Center

Kent has over 12-years of conferencing experience with Salt Lake Community College. The successful operation at the Miller Campus has been one of the shining gems at Salt Lake Community College. With over a dozen campus locations, Salt Lake Community College is one of the largest community colleges in the nation. Our aim is to offer a competitively priced alternative to meet, train and host clients in a convenient and comfortable south-valley location.

Shawn FillingimSupervisor, Event Technician Office

With 15 plus years of experience, Shawn has a diverse background with audio/visual, hosting and customer service. His team of hosts provide exceptional customer service with your event setup and will help if you have last-minute needs, too. We provide a variety of styles including classroom, theater, banquet and open areas. We are also equipped to handle larger vendor events and can host up to 500 people in one room if desired. We also love repeat customers who use our venue to promote their businesses.

Rachelle BroughSupervisor, Event Consultant Office

Rachelle has more than 10 years of experience working with customers of the Miller Conferencing Department at Salt Lake Community College. The Miller Campus is a great centrally-located venue. Our goal is to provide great customer service so you can have a successful event. Our scheduling office can help you plan a successful event with all the planning details taken care ahead of time. You can also choose from a variety of catering options; we are an alcohol-approved facility with prior arrangements.


I want to thank you for such a great event last Wednesday. Our Boot Camp went without a hitch, much to the thanks to you and your attention to detail. We look forward to scheduling again with you, at the very least, for the event again next year.
